Organizational Character Index® (OCI) |
The Organizational Character Index® (OCI) is a tool developed by William Bridges that is used to determine and explain the personality type of organizations. Based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), the results provide organizations with insights into: |
- The current operational dynamics of the organization.
- The strengths and potential blindspots of the organizational character as a whole.
- How individuals fit into the overall organizational character and how to best utilize their talents and strengths.
- What impact the organizational character is having on the ability of the organization to change and move through transition.
- Where the company is in the organizational life cycle.
- How to develop potential strategies for organizational renewal
|
| The OCI is an easy-to-use, 36-item, self-scorable instrument that takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and score. |
