CONTROL is delivered through three 1-hour weekly sessions conducted effectively through virtual meetings (Zoom or Teams).
This allows time to review, absorb, and integrate new knowledge. Each session is facilitated by program creator and founder, Dana Couillard. You will also have direct access to Dana by phone, text or email during office hours.
