In this 8 session program, you'll learn the fundamentals of human behavior that directly can have a positive or negative impact on your mind, your performance and your overall mental wellbeing.

BI-WEEKLY SESSIONS

The eight program modules listed below are presented on a bi-weekly schedule.  This allows time for each participant review, absorb, and integrate their new knowledge.  Each session is facilitated by program creator and founder, Dana Couillard. You will also have direct access to Dana by phone, text or email during office hours.

Bonus Session

  • Who should take this program?
    This program is designed for individuals who have a deep-seated commitment – the mental drive - to becoming more on-purpose and focused on creating a more meaningful life, professionally and/or personally. You should be ready to ‘get your hands dirty.’ You will practice applying the tools and frameworks to you own roadmap as well as learn new ways of seeing, thinking, doing, and acting on solutions for general business problems.
  • Who is facilitating the program?
    Dana Couillard is the founder of Ripple Dynamics Inc., a company focused on understanding and applying key aspects of human behavior to achieving optimal stress. He is also the creator of the Make Stress Your Ally Program™. He is a professionally certified educator, mentor and award-winning author, with a Master’s degree in Human Behavior. He uses a variety of human behavior principles to work with individuals who are feeling the impact of high or chronic stress, different levels of anxiety, or a lack of focus and purpose. For over 30 years, his purpose has been to inspire others to live more meaningful, engaged lives. He achieves this through teaching new ways of perceiving and thinking about stress and introducing clients to the concept of Optimal Stress. He mentors business owners, professionals, and anyone who leads or manages teams of individuals, by using his lived experiences with stress, anxiety and mild depression, integrated with his deep-seated knowledge of human behavior. Last, but not least, by mentoring individuals to successfully execute individual or business efforts to change, he is driven to help others make positive change stick!
  • What is the time commitment?
    There is a one hour virtual or phone session with Dana every other week for five months. There is about one hour of reading, viewing video presentations, and completing hands-on applied assignments each week. However, the amount of work is up to you. You get out what you put in! The program is designed to fit your schedule and your time resources as much as possible. You should expect to become immersed in the content in a way that seeps into your professional and personal life. You’ll start seeing the world a bit differently. As a result, you will start thinking and taking action in your world in new ways. It has taken quite a while to arrive at your current level of stress. The ten-session program designed to build and maintain momentum over time. It is designed to help you create the habits you need to be in your optimal stress zone. Changing perception and creating new habits takes time.
  • How is the program delivered?
    You will have bi-weekly discussions with Dana either by phone or by virtual meeting (e.g. Zooms, Teams) as well as business-hours access to Dana by phone, email, or text.
  • When can I start my program?
    That’s entirely up to you. You will develop your program call schedule with Dana on the first pre-session call.
